Havening is a Psychosensory Technique, it’s clinical name is Amygdala Depotentiation Technique and was developed by Doctor Ronald Ruden, a medical doctor and neuroscientist in the USA.
Havening uses a gentle touch on the arms, face and hands to banish fear, phobia, stress, trauma and anxiety quickly and easily for good changing the brain chemicals and enabling you to live the life you want without restrictions.

There are different types of Havening Technique depending on the problem, for example for fear I’d use Event Havening, Emotional problems associated with loss or change of circumstance are usually treated with Transpirational Havening. Transpirational Havening draws upon old unhelpful emotions and experiences. The concept of trees drawing up water enabling them to flourish can do the same for you without revisiting the old causes and trauma.
Affirmational Havening ‘does what it says on the tin’. It is usually used with other types of Havening. Iffirmational Havening is used when Affirmational Havening is a step to far to visualize for example ‘What if I can be confident’ is sometimes easier to say than ‘I am confident’.
